Abstract:

To provide a vibration rectification error correction device which does not require neither a synchronization circuit of a large circuit scale nor calculation of large load, in order to generate data synchronized with a signal that is non-synchronous with a reference signal.SOLUTION: A vibration rectification error correction device comprises: a reference signal generation circuit for outputting a reference signal; a frequency delta sigma modulation circuit for subjecting the reference signal to frequency delta sigma modulation to generate a frequency delta sigma modulation signal by using a signal to be measured; a first filter which is provided at a stage subsequent to the frequency delta sigma modulation circuit in order to operate in synchronization with the signal to be measured; and a second filter which is provided at a stage subsequent to the first filter in order to operate in synchronization with a first frequency signal that is non-synchronous with the reference signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
