Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress an increase of weight of a base plate and increase its vibro-isolating effect, by forming a flame sprayed layer of zinc or zinc alloy to a surface of the base plate. CONSTITUTION:In a case, cover, etc. used for an automobile, a flame sprayed layer of zinc or zinc alloy is formed on the surface of a base material made from light metal of aluminum alloy and the like. Here coated weight of flame spraying is preferably arranged to 10%-50% weight of the base material. In this way, weight is decreased, also heat radiation quality can be improved, as compared with a conventional case where a resin material is coated.
