Title:
LIGHT EMITTER AND ITS MANUFACTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3228864
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dispersion of directivity of light emitting elements by molding a base, with at least three light emitting elements at different angles, thereby uniting each light emitting element.
SOLUTION: A plane part 21a inclined on the back side, a plane part 21b inclined right, a vertical plane part 21c not inclined, a plane part 21d inclined left, and plane part 21e inclined to this side are made on the surface of a base. At the plane parts 21a-21e, insertion holes 47 where terminals 35 constituting each LED part are inserted are made through along the specified optical axis, and a spherical recess 48 is made at the brim of each opening, and a cup part 49 made at the top of the terminal 35 is arranged corresponding to the specified optical axis. The terminal 35 constitutes a pair of terminals for every LED part 22-26 together with a terminal 52 juxtaposed, and a pair of terminals 35 and 52 can be united by forming a mold case 20.
