To provide a visor for an automobile which is easily and firmly attachable to the automobile in a short time and which is practicable, and to provide a structure for mounting the visor.
A visor 31 for an automobile includes a visor body 1 which is formed integrally so that a long band-shaped window roof body 2 is swelled outward along the lower end edge of a long band-shaped pad 3 and on the inner surface of which columnar bosses 4, 4, ... are formed so as to project therefrom, a plurality of attachment members 7, 7, ... at one ends of which respective boss insertion holes 10 for inserting the columnar bosses 4 therethrough are drilled and at the other ends of which respective fixing parts 9 for fixing to a window frame 22 of the automobile 21 are provided, and engagement bodies 14 in which respective boss insertion holes for inserting the columnar bosses 4 therethrough are drilled and to which respective engagement claws 17, 17, ... for engaging with the columnar bosses 4 are provided around the respective insertion holes. A small-diameter portion 28 which is smaller in diameter than a base end portion 27 is provided to each of the distal ends of the columnar bosses 4, 4, ....
