Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete automatically a multiple address message not heard yet among multiple address messages stored in a storage means.
SOLUTION: When a multiple address message is stored in a voice storage section 17 by the operation of a telephone set 11 and number of hearing of multiple address messages is set by the operation of the telephone set 11, additional data corresponding to the setting number are set to an additional data provision section 18 via a CPU 15 and stored in the voice storage section 17 such that the additional data are given to the multiple address messages. When a multiple address message is heard and number of heard multiple address messages is coincident with the setting number, multiple address messages not heard are automatically deleted.
