To provide a walking aid allowing a user to easily adjust the height appropriately according to the body size of the user and capable of being easily used so that an aged or disabled user can safely move standing by himself/herself.
The walking aid is composed of a pair of inverted T-shaped support legs 3 which can roll with casters 2, a U-shaped grip frame 4 as seen from the top at least with an upper front grip rod 13 and left and right upper side grip rods 17, and fixtures 5 for fixing the grip frame 4 to the support legs 3. The support legs 3 face each other with a prescribed space in-between, and the grip frame 4 is disposed in the U-shape as seen from the top between the support legs 3 facing each other. Both sides of the frame body 4 can be fixed to the respective adjacent support legs 3 with the fixtures 5 by adjusting the height of the frame body 4 in stages at a desired height.
