The wall surface panel 1 comprises a panel part formed of the laminated composite material 11 formed by sticking the metal plates to the front and rear faces of resin used as a core material, formed with a plurality of circular opening parts 15 in the metal plate of the rear face, and forming a cylindrical space 16 with a diameter larger than the diameter of a circular opening, in lower layer resin 12; bolts 31 each erected with a bolt head abutting on the bottom face of the cylindrical space and with a bolt shank projecting from the circular opening; a plurality of locking pieces for locking and fixing each bolt to the cylindrical space; a middle bar 8 formed with a plurality of through holes for inserting the bolts and fixed to the rear face of the laminated composite material with the bolts inserted through.
