Abstract:
To provide a wall thickness measurement system and the like that adjust measurement frequency of a wall thickness in accordance with respective remaining periods of the wall thickness at a plurality of measured portions.SOLUTION: A wall thickness measurement system comprises: a plurality of pulse eddy current probes; a measurement control unit; an induced electromotive force detection unit; an attenuation analysis unit; a wall thickness computation unit; a storage unit; and an allocation unit of the number of measuring times. The measurement control unit is configured to control so that a pulse current is output to a transmission coil of the pulse eddy current probe. The induced electromotive force detection unit is configured to detect induce electromotive force generating in a reception coil. The wall thickness computation unit is configured to calculate a wall thickness of the measured portion with which the pulse eddy current probe abuts. The allocation unit of the number of measuring times is configured to allocate the total number of times per unit period of implementing a measurement for calculating a wall thickness to each of the plurality of pulse eddy current probes. The wall thickness computation unit is configured to calculate a remaining period until the measured portion reaches an unusable wall thickness in respective portions of the plurality of measured portions. The allocation unit of the number of measuring times is configured to allocate the total number of times on the basis of the remaining period in respective portions of the plurality of measured portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
