A rotary drum driving motor (first motor) 6A which drives a rotary drum 7 and a heat pump compressor motor (second motor) 6B which feeds warm air into the rotary drum 7 are controlled by a first current detecting means or a second current detecting means which detects the motor current and a controlling means 5. In this case, the rotary drum driving motor (first motor) 6A drives the rotary drum 7 by converting the AC power of an AC power source 1 into a DC power by a rectification circuit 2, and converting the DC power into the AC power by a first inverter circuit 3A and a second inverter circuit 3B. The controlling means 5 can acquire the motor power by the operation, and therefore, can control the AC input current without an AC input current detecting means via the first inverter circuit 3A and the second inverter circuit 3B.
