To provide a washing drying machine which does not emit high-humidity air to a room, has properties of a low pressure drop, a low noise and a high energy-saving.
The washing drying machine includes a washing tub 3 in which laundry is washed and/or dehydrated, a circulation gas path 7 through which air comes from the washing tub 3 and returns to the washing tub 3, a moisture adsorbing section 20 in which a moisture adsorber is deposited, moisture in the air passing the circulation gas path 7 is adsorbed, and the adsorbed moisture is removed by air passing an regeneration path 11 which is a different path from the circulation gas path 7, a humidification mechanism having a regeneration heater 23 for heating the air passing the regeneration path 11 and a regeneration fan 24 by which outer air is sucked into the regeneration path 11 and is flown to the moisture adsorbing section 20 after it is heated with the regeneration heater 23, and a dryer 30 which warms up the dehydrated air from which moisture is removed by water adsorption on the moisture adsorbing section 20 and flows it to the washing tub 3.
