Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which improves air blowing efficiency, which achieves energy saving and which has good operability.SOLUTION: A blower fan 14 for blowing air into a washing and dewatering tub 4 and a hot air circulation path 42 has a rotary shaft in a horizontal direction. In a fan case 17 for integrally covering the blower fan 14 and a heater 16 provided on an exhaust side of the blower fan 14, an outer peripheral side portion of the blower fan 14 is formed in a manner substantially concentric with the circular blower fan 14, and the heater 16 side portion is formed in a substantially tangent manner extending in a substantially tangent direction from the blower fan 14 side portion, and a hot air jetting port 23 is provided in the substantially tangent direction. With this configuration, pressure loss of the circulated hot air is reduced, so that air blowing efficiency is greatly improved and energy saving can be improved.
