To reduce heat flowing-out in a process for simultaneously performing drainage from a water tub and the supply of warm air to the water tub.
The amount of the warm air is reduced in draining water in the process for simultaneously performing the drainage from the water tub and the supply of the warm air to the water tub ("pre-heat dehydration" process). Consequently, the leakage of the warm air from the drain port of the water tub is reduced so as to reduce the heat flowing-out. Thus, efficiency and a dehydration rate are sufficiently raised in the drying process, and also the problems of blowing-up of foams left in a drainpipe from the drain outlet of a house and the scattering are prevented from occurring.
