Abstract:
To enable effective washing of a filter holding foreign matters trapped.
A body 1 is provided with a circulation water path 18 to supply washing water drained from a washing tank 3 again to the washing tank 3. A trapping filter is arranged in the circulation water path 18 to trap foreign matters in the washing water. City water other than the washing water is supplied to the trapping filter from the direction opposite to the direction of the circulation of the washing water through a water supply path 24 to wash the trapping filter.
