To provide a waste disposing device not emitting noxious gas to the outside even when waste containing noxious material is burnet without sorting.

A secondary incinerating chamber 3 is situated at the upper part of a primary incinerating chamber 2, the primary incinerating chamber 2 and the secondary incinerating chamber 3 are always heated at about 1400°C and about 1700°C by a baking chamber heating element 8, being an electric resistance heating element, and a high temperature heating element 6, in which materials different from each other are used. Waste, not fractionated and charge in the primary incinerating chamber 2, is burnt and sorted into waste not vaporized and other waste. The evaporated waste flows in the secondary incinerating chamber 3 and by burning it at about 1700°C, noxious gas is decomposed and brought into a non-noxious state. Meanwhile, waste not vaporized is dropped in an auxiliary heating chamber 4 and a cooling chamber 5 situated at the lower part of the primary cooling chamber 2 for sorting.
