Title:
廃家電再資源化処理装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4660925
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
Broken pieces of waste household electric appliances are sorted into least two kinds of broken pieces by virtue of the specific gravities of the broken pieces with the use of a float-and-sink type water specific gravity sorting machine. Next, the lightweight matters in the sorted broken pieces and the sorting water are exerted by a centrifugal force by means of a longitudinally centrifugal type water specific gravity sorting machine in order to be sorted into broken pieces sinking in water again and broken pieces floating on the water. The broken pieces floating on the water are polypropylene resins that are used in the household electric appliances in a large amount. In this manner, material-recyclable high purity polypropylene resins can be sorted and recycled to reuse as polypropylene resins. By virtue of a second pump 51, the sorting water used in the a longitudinally centrifugal type water specific gravity sorting machine is circulated to the upstream of the float-and-sink type water specific gravity sorting machine.
