Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a peeling sound capable of being generated upon peeling waste when a waste peeling unit peels off the waste, and prevent waste break in the central part of the waste.SOLUTION: A waste peeling device of the present invention has a waste peeling unit with label materials stuck on the surface of a mount and peeling off the waste being a non-label portion other than the label portion while conveying label base paper formed of a label portion by half-cutting, and a conveyance unit for conveying the label base paper. The waste peeling device is characterized by including a pre-peeling unit for peeling a half cut part subjected to the half-cutting in the vertical direction to the label base paper conveying direction and supplying it to the waste peeling unit in the upstream of the label base paper conveying direction of the waste peeling unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
