Abstract:
To provide a structure in which, while ensuring the function as a watch and required characteristics, a noncontact data communication function can be enhanced.
A movement 104 and a dial 107 are arranged at the inside of a case part 101. An annular substrate 108 is attached to the back in the circumferential part of the dial 107 by an insulating adhesive 109. An antenna 111 is constituted on the substrate 108 by a conductor pattern. The movement 104 is positioned on a back lid 103. The dial 107 is coupled and held on the inner surface of the case 101.
