Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute efficiently water boom killing operation by a method wherein a water bloom killing cylinder wherein an ultrasonic vibrator is provided inside, and its both ends are opened, is arranged in water within a water area wherein water blooms often propagate, and water containing water blooms is made to flow inside the water bloom hilling cylinder 7 from one end side and discharged from the other end side.
SOLUTION: A water bloom killing cylinder 2 wherein an ultrasonic vibrator 3 killing water blooms with ultrasonic waves is provided inside, and its both ends are opened is provided in water within a water area wherein water blooms often propagate, and a water current generator 4 wherein water containing water blooms is made to flow by suction into the water bloom killing cylinder 2 from one end side 2a, and discharged from the other end side 2b, is provided. A rectification cylinder 5 containing the water bloom killing cylinder 2 and the water current generator 4 is positioned under the water surface below a floating body 12 by being held with a suspension holding tool 12a to the floating body 12. An ultrasonic reflector is installed onto an inner peripheral surface of the water bloom killing cylinder 2 to repeat reflection of ultrasonic waves emitted from the ultrasonic vibrator 3 with the ultrasonic reflector, the time that water blooms stay in the water bloom killing cylinder 2 is prolonged, and the water blooms are easily killed.
