Abstract:

To provide a water percolation pipe for cleaning sludge by regenerating FRP scrap or gypsum board scrap.

As a measure to prevent dust production from the scrap and to mitigate alkalinity of regenerated scrap, when the scrap is crushed, a water-soluble silane coupling material or a coagulation coating material is sprayed thereon, and then heat treatment is performed to attain alkali neutralization and dust protective coagulation. Then necessary amount of a necessary resin is poured in and is solidified to obtain the water percolation pipe.
