PURPOSE: To unnecessitate a water-washing cooling process prior to a noodle washing and reduce necessary water volume and omit a hand-washing to be hygienic by forming the tank so that excess cooling water overflows the upper edge of the partition wall between the two tanks from a cold noodle tank of the excess cooling water to a noodle washing tank.

CONSTITUTION: A cold noodle tank 1 is arranged higher than a noodle washing tank 2 at the upper side thereof to be adjacent. And both tanks 1, 2 are formed as a unit. The height of the partition wall 3 separating both tanks 1, 2 is formed to be same as the water level of the cold noodle tank 1 so that excess cold water of the cold noodle tank 1 overflows the partition wall 3 to flow into the noodle washing tank 2 or pierced holes or notches are formed at the upper edge. Feed water headers 5, 7 are provided at the bottoms of the cold noodle tank 1 and the noodle washing tank 2 respectively. And feed water pipes 6, 8 having cocks 6', 8' are connected thereto. And a water-discharge groove 9 is provided at the opening edge at the upper end of the noodle washing tank 2.
