Abstract:
To provide a boot with airtight structure and not susceptible to deformation, covering a rectilinearly moving shaft.
In waterproof boot structure, a bellows-like boot 31 made of a rubber-like elastic material and covering the rectilinearly moving shaft 13 is mounted between the front end of the shaft 13 and a boss member 14 located on the actuator side and supporting the shaft 13. The structure seals a space between the boot 31 and the shaft 13, and crests 34 of the boot 31 have a thickness greater than the thickness of the remaining portions of the boot.
