The control method for a wind power generation system includes a measurement information input step of inputting measurement information of wind speed and wind direction of wind flowing into at least a windmill blade 40, and a control step of controlling an air flow generator 60 disposed on a blade top face 50a of the windmill blade 40 and generating an air flow, a pitch angle driving mechanism 130 changing an angle of the windmill blade 40, and a yaw angle driving mechanism 140 rotating a nacelle attached with the windmill blade 40 by using the measurement information input in the measurement information input step.
