To provide a waterproof connector which can cope with size change of each electric wire after ensuring liquid-tightness at the time of electric wire tension.

The waterproof connector has: a holder 60 attached to a housing 20; and a sealing member 40 arranged so as to be sandwiched between the holder 60 and the housing 20. The holder 60 has a plurality of wire loose insertion holes 61 through which electric wires 100 are loosely inserted, at such a position as to communicate with each seal hole 41 of the sealing member 40. The rest region into which the electric wires 100 are inserted among an opening region of each of the wire loose insertion holes 61 in the holder 60 is closed by a positioning member 70. The positioning member 70 positions each of the electric wires 100 by abutting against each of the electric wires 100 from the radial direction.
