PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric and a rainwear having a ventilation structure capable of efficiently radiating heat and moisture accumulated inside and preventing rainwater from entering inside to always keep a comfortable state.SOLUTION: In a waterproof fabric and a rainwater, after a lower end of an upper-stage fabric 2 and an upper end of a lower-stage fabric 3 are superimposed and a superimposed portion 4 is arranged with a narrow three-dimensional solid knitted fabric 5 consisting of a large number of connecting yarns connecting the upper-stage fabric 2 and the lower-stage fabric 3, the back surface of the lower-stage fabric 3 is supported by a receiving base so as to come into contact with a lower-stage fabric supporting surface of the receiving base, and high frequency vibration is imparted to a pressing terminal while pressing the surface of the upper-stage fabric 2 by the pressing terminal toward the lower-stage fabric supporting surface of the receiving base, whereby the back surface of the upper-stage fabric and the surface of the lower-stage fabric are melted and entangled with a surface network structure of the three-dimensional solid knitted fabric to be integrated together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
