To provide a simple waterproof structure which is easy to assemble in a manufacturing step.
A yoke 5 is covered with a waterproof cover 12 with a cylindrical shape, having a bottom. An opening edge part 12a of the waterproof cover 12 is pulled and fitted in a groove part 10b of a pump bracket 10, and sealed with a seal member 13. At the same time, the yoke 5 and the cover 12 each have through-holes 5d and 12c. Then, a fitting tube part 12d is formed at the through-hole 12c to support a coupler 14 in a passed and held state, after the coupler 14 has passed through the through-holes 5d and 12c. In addition, a sealing member 16 is fitted between a step part 12f of the cover side and a step part 14d on the coupler side for sealing these members.
