To solve the conventional problem of the securement of a storage place by enabling a waterproof means for closing an entrance to be used not only as a gate for emergency situations but also as a gate for normal situations, in waterproof equipment at the entrance of a structure.

This waterproof equipment is equipped with: the gate T which can open/close the entrance I by being extended/contracted in the direction of crossing the entrance I of the structure B; a guiding and supporting mechanism G which supports the gate T in an erected state and which guides the extension/contraction of the gate T; and a flexible waterproof sheet S which covers at least the outside of the gate T, which is folded depending on the contracting motion of the gate T, and which is developed depending on its extending motion. The entrance I is closed with the waterproof sheet S which is put into a developed state by the extension of the gate T, so that the inflow of water into the structure B from the entrance I can be prevented.
