PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for realizing an appropriate air chamber of a wave power generation system.SOLUTION: A wave dissipating block 1 comprises a standard wave dissipating block 70 having only a general wave dissipating function, and a power generating wave dissipation block 10 having an air chamber 25. An ordinary revetment is constructed in two tiers using only the standard wave dissipating block 70. In the present invention, a part of the revetment is replaced with the power generating wave dissipation block 10. The air chamber 25 is formed in a trunk section 20 of the power generating wave dissipation block 10, in which a water column and an air column are vibrated by a wave and fluctuation in air pressure is supplied to a power generator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
