Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the ununiformity of irradiation of light and to curtail the expenses by setting the sequence of an arrangement of an incidence port of an optical fiber to the opposite direction of an arrangement of irradiation port. CONSTITUTION:Optical fibers 1-4 and optical fibers 11-14 are arranged in the same direction and in one line at the irradiation port, but at the leading-in port side, the optical fibers 1-4 and the optical fibers 11-14 are arranged in the opposite direction. That is, the optical fibers 11-14 are arranged in order of 14-11, when they are looked at from the right and left directions at an incident light side. Accordingly, even if a beam moves in the main scanning direction, and an original picture moves in the sub-scanning direction, irradiation ports of the optical fibers 1-4 and irradiation ports of the same 11-14 are connected in the center part of the original picture, therefore, discontinuity of a locus of a spot of the beam in the irradiation port part of both the fiber trains is not generated. In such a way, the ununiformity of a scan of light is improved, and the expenses can be curtailed.
