Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering of the quality of woven fabric caused by the thinning of wefts by weaving a nontwisted size-free interlace polyester warp in a state wet with water immediately before the cloth fell point over the whole weaving width.
CONSTITUTION: A nontwisted size-free interlace yarn of a polyester multifilament yarn is used as warp, water is applied to the warp at the cloth-fell point of the side of water-jet nozzle and the warp is woven in a state wet with water immediately before the cloth fell point over the whole width of the fabric.
