This Web contents creating tool is provided with an editor part 10 equipped with an editor picture for performing the input setting of a tag structure, a tag name, a character string modified by a tag, and the display format of the character string modified by the tag, for creating an XML document and an XSLT document corresponding to the input setting contents to the editor picture, and an XML/XSLT managing part 20 for managing the association of the XML documents with the XSLT documents prepared by the editor part 10.
