To provide a web delivery device capable of reducing the amount of the discarded web.
This web delivery device 10 is structured of a delivery part 13, in which web coils 22a and 22b are set, a joint part 14 provided with a cutter 33, and a web disposing part 15. A web winding part 15 is structured of a nip roller 38 and a receiver roller 39 for pinching the web 9 delivered form the delivery part 13 and winding chucks 44a and 44b capable of rotating while holding both side ends of the web 9. A reflection type optical sensor 75 is provided to detect pass-through of the web in the web conveying direction on a downstream side of both the rollers 38 and 39. When a terminal side of the web 9 passes through the reflection type optical sensor 75, the winding chucks 44a and 44b hold side ends of the web 9, and while the cutter 33 cuts the web 9. Residual parts of the film 9 after cutting is wound by the winding chucks 44a and 44b to reduce amount of the web to be disposed as a loss.
