Abstract:
To control the drive of a motor to be intermittently driven so that the weight of a raw material to be fed is a predetermined value.
In an intermittent operation control device of the weight type feeder to intermittently feed the raw material in a hopper by driving the motor, a feed-forward setting unit 11 and a PID regulator 9 are installed to control the drive of the intermittently driven motor 2, and the weight measurement required for the control is performed by an electromagnetic-balance type measuring instrument 3A. When the weight type feeder is applied to, for example, an injection molding machine, the responsiveness of the feeder-driven motor is improved, and the raw material of the stably fixed amount is fed with high accuracy.
