Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded joint part cutter for a valve seat with a valve case, which can easily be fitted to the valve case and has good work efficiency.
SOLUTION: This cutter is provided with a base 20, a cutting heads 10 formed by a chuck 70 fitted to the base 20 for fixing the base 20 to the inner peripheral surface 8 of the valve seat, a spindle rotatably fitted to the base 20, a tool rest 50 fitted to the spindle to be moved in the radial direction, and a cutting tool feed mechanism for feeding the tool rest 50 in the radial direction, and a driving device 12 for driving the spindle and the spindle and the tool rest 50. The tool rest is fitted to the forward end of the spindle, and a transmission shaft is connected to the rear end part of the driving device 12. A claw 71 of the chuck 70 is positioned in the rear of the tool rest 50.
