Title:
WELDED NI-BASE NOZZLE FOR GAS TURBINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60100641
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a welded Ni-base nozzle for a gas turbine with superior corrosion resistance at high temp. and superior weldability by adding specified percentages of C, Si, Cr, Co, W, Mo, Al, Ti, Zr, Y, Sc, etc. to Ni.

CONSTITUTION: An Ni alloy consisting of, by weight, ≤0.2% C, ≤1% Si, 20W 30% Cr, 10W20% Co, 2W8% at least one between W and Mo, 1W4% Al, 1W4% Ti, 0.1W0.5% Zr, 0.1W0.5% at least one among Y, Sc and other rare earth element, and the balance Ni is prepd. In the alloy, the total amount of Al and Ti is especially adjusted to ≤5.7%. A nozzle is made of the alloy.
