To provide a welding work device capable of reducing a setting time and easily performing welding work by investigating a procedure of the welding work by a CG video.
This welding work device has: an input part 15 inputting welding conditions of a work to be welded; respective axis motors 6-8 supporting the work, and driving a welding work table 1 rotatable around three axes of an X-axis, a Y-axis and a Z-axis; a display part 16 displaying the welding work procedure or the like; and a control part 17 controlling the respective axis motors and the display part 16 on the basis of input information from the input part 15. The many kinds of welding conditions such as a work shape stored in an information management part 18 are selected, the welding work procedure is graphically displayed on the display part 16 on the basis of its selected information to be confirmed, and the respective axis motors 6-8 are rotationally controlled such that a join line of the work is always directed toward a welding tool.
