PURPOSE: To simplify the takeout of yarn by winding the yarn, releasing a punch wind, on a bobbin from a nip point, exposing a starting end of the yarn onto the surface, and applying tension with a pair of rollers for winding as guiding it to a slit.
CONSTITUTION: The yarn Y1 released from a punch wind is held by an inserter body 52, and in a state of being drawn out of a nip point by rotation of a lever 50, a package rotational holder 112 is inserted into a bobbin B3, supporting a package P3. And, the yarn Y1 is guide by a guide device 114, held between a pair of rollers 120a and 120b, and it is drawn nearer to the side of a frame 111a by a thread handler guide 118, then it is cut by a heat cutter 119 and attracted to an auxiliary suction pipe 120. In this state, if the package P3 is rotated in a 141 direction, the nip point N is moved up to Na as an arrow 142, and it is attracted by a suction pipe 127. Thus, the takeout of the yarn is simply performed.
