Abstract:
To provide a wiper that enables miniaturization of a size in a reciprocating motion direction of a blade.SOLUTION: A wiper has a link mechanism comprising: a blade holding plate 72 provided with a blade 71; and a main arm 130 serving as a link with a part on one end side rotatably coupled to the blade holding plate 72 and with a part on other end side coupled to a rotary shaft, and transmitting rotation of the rotary shaft to the blade holding plate 72, in which the link mechanism is used to cause the blade 71 a reciprocating motion. The link mechanism comprises a sub arm 140 with a part on one end side rotatably coupled to the blade holding plate 72, and a part on other end side coupled to a holding part. A first coupling part with the blade holding plate 72 and the main arm 130 coupled and a second coupling part with the blade holding plate 72 and the sub arm 140 coupled are juxtaposed along a longitudinal direction of the blade 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
