This wire material composed of a soft construction material wound on a cartridge is sandwiched between a pair of rollers, and the wire material is delivered to the guide member 60 side by operating one delivery roller 42. The wire material is drawn (pulled out) to an external part by passing through the inside of a guide member body and a deriving pipe. Since a guide member is freely attached-detached to/from the device body, when insetting the wire material into the guide member, insertion is performed in a state of removing the guide member from the device body. Since insertion work of the wire material is performed by removing the guide member, the tip side of the wire material can be easily inserted without bending, so that working efficiency can be improved.
