The blade of the knife using an elastic wire 1 is a blade 4 which makes the wire 1 extending horizontally from its tip part form roughly a triangle of a line curved vertically or a blade which has the wire as a blade formed in a curved line or a straight line so that the knife blade can be deformed to match the shape of the pulp to be cut out.
