Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a wire tensioning device capable of easily stretching the wire between two points, and preventing the sag of the wire from being generated after the stretching.
CONSTITUTION: One end of the wire 1 is fixed by a wire fixing tool 2, and the other end of the wire 1 is tensioned by a wire tensioning tool 3. An end piece 4 is provided on one end of the wire 1, the end piece 4 is received by a compression spring 5 and a thrust bearing 6, and these are stored in a case 7 to make the wire fixing tool 2. The wire tensioning tool 3 is provided with a ball chuck 12, and a fitting piece 15 connected to one end thereof through a tensioning screw 14. The wire fixing tool 2 and the wire tensioning tool 3 are fitted to a fixed wall to temporarily tension the wire 1. The ball chuck 12 is screwed into the fitting piece 15 to achieve the full compression of the compression spring 5 to prevent the sag from being generated in the wire 1.
