Abstract:

To quickly assign a proper channel to a mobile station.

A control section 130 measures an interference amount for each channel by each wireless section. The control section 130 uses the measured interference amount to calculate an average of the interference amounts of the same channel used by each wireless section. The control section 130 determines the same channel having a smallest average of the calculated interference amounts as a communication channel to be used for the communication with the mobile station.
