Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement downsizing and cost reduction of a radio communication device.SOLUTION: Each sub array includes a first phase rotation unit for rotating a complex phase on an analog signal with respect to a reception signal by each antenna element constituting an array antenna. Each array antenna includes a changeover unit that allows all or part of reception signals output from the first phase rotation unit to pass when the reception signals are a reproduction target and allows a reception signal to pass one by one when the reception signal is a training signal. Each array antenna includes a signal synthesis unit for synthesizing reception signals allowed by and passing through a corresponding changeover unit, and a corresponding signal conversion unit converts a synthesized reception signal to a baseband digital signal. A signal reproduction unit reproduces a reception signal that is a reproduction target and is converted by a conversion unit. A correlation calculation unit, using training signals allowed by and passing through the changeover unit, calculates training signal correlation among antenna elements. A first phase rotation amount control unit, on the basis of a complex phase rotation amount calculated on the basis of the correlation, controls a rotation amount to be applied by the first phase rotation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
