A cellular phone 10 executes programs supplied from a program storage means 32 of a controller 30 (device for wireless communications) connected to the phone. Thereby, according to an operation of an operating means 16, an operation signal is transmitted to a communication device 20 by wireless communication, and a drive control for a drive means 23 is enabled. Similarly, according to an operation of the operating means, a control for a photographing means 25 is also enabled. Moreover, video images photographed by the photographing means are transmitted from a video image signal transmitting means 26 to the cellular phone. The video images can be displayed by a display means 15 of the cellular phone. In addition, a configuration in which a cellular phone contains a controller to bring integration of a controller with a cellular phone can be realized.
