Abstract:
To provide a wireless terminal and the handover control method capable of reducing power consumption.
A handover control portion 203 measures the received quality, and searches for a cell having the received quality of a proper level according to a cell list showing a total dwell time for each cell. After the search, the total dwell time of a changed cell is updated, and the cell list is updated. Then, the current cell is switched to the searched cell.
