Data for diagnosing a combustion state, including image data of flame of the wood stove by a web camera is transmitted to a computer 10A for diagnosis from a user-side communication terminal through an internet circuit 2, the combustion state of the wood stove is diagnosed on the basis of the data, and a result of the diagnosis is transmitted from the computer 10A for diagnosis to the user-side communication terminal. A combustion state data file 15b obtained by collecting data of various combustion states, and a coping process data file 15c obtained by collecting the data on coping processes according to various combustion states are stored in the computer 10A for diagnosis, the data for diagnosis is compared with the data in the combustion state data file 15b, so that the closest combustion state is specified, and the coping process is selected from the coping process data file 15c, and the diagnosis result data is transmitted to the user-side communication terminal.
