Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain concrete forms having high accuracy for curved surfaces by horizontally dividing wood for a pattern, mutually abutting the cut surfaces of split patterns, in which curved surfaces are cutting-worked separately, and continuously connecting a plurality of the split patterns in the longitudinal direction.
CONSTITUTION: Square sectional wood 10 with a curved surface 2 and a side face 9 is cut by a plane forming an angle of 90° with the curved surface 2, and divided into a split pattern 1A with a curved surface 2A, a side face 9A and flat surfaces 4 and a split pattern 1B with a curved surface 2B, a side face 9B and flat surfaces 5. The flat surface 4 (5) is fixed onto the surface plate of a numerical control rooter, an arcuate side cutting edge is moved curvedly while being horizontally rotated under the state, in which a shank axial center is made perpendicular, and the split pattern 1A (1B) is cut, thus forming a projecting molded surface 3A (3B). Dowels 7 are fitted into a plurality of holes 6, 8 in the mutual flat surfaces 4, 5, thus assembling a pattern body 1. When the end faces of a plurality of the pattern bodies 1 are abutted and connected, concrete forms with various curved surfaces are acquired. The number of the patterns divided and the curved surfaces cut can be selected arbitrarily.
