Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform reliable grasping of a work by means of a work by coping with displacement in a position of a work at a remedy process in powder metallurgy.
CONSTITUTION: A work 1 fed in a given feed position (c) is photographed by means of a camera 40. By processing an image, the accurate position of the work 1 is decided. A handling robot 36 is moved to the decision position to grasp the work 1. The work 1 is grasped by the handling robot 36, by which the work is conveyed to the given input position (a) of a remedy press 11. This constitution causes improvement of generalizing ability and coping with various works in different shapes.
