To provide a work managing system wherein the progress of work is understood real-time, "spoofing" for a worker is excluded, and reliability of the work content reported from the worker is guaranteed.
The work managing system includes an IC tag 10 held by a worker who performs a specified work, an information acquiring device 20 which reads or acquires information of the worker such as information stored in the IC tag 10, a work managing server 30 which receives information read or acquired from the information acquiring device 20 and based on the received information, generates and manages the information representing progress of the work done by the worker, a browsing terminal device 40 which accesses the work managing server 30 and browses the information representing progress of the work, and a network 50 connecting the information acquiring device 20, the work managing server 30, and the browsing terminal device 40 together.
