Title:
TURBINE BLADE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3147540
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce local thermal expansion to keep the sound state of a turbine blade by adjacently arranging metal materials being different in the coefficient of thermal expansion along the flowing direction of high temperature gas, and diffusively joining them for unitedly forming the turbine blade arranged in the flow of the high temperature gas.
CONSTITUTION: A turbine blade 1 is unitedly formed of a platform 2 fixed to a disc and a blade part 3 arranged in a gas passage. The blade part 3 is composed of a front edge part 3a, a middle part 3b and a rear edge part 3c along the direction of a flow line, and unitedly formed by diffusedly joining them. Material being small in the coefficient of thermal expansion, for instance, nickel alloy of Mar-M200+Hf, is used for the front edge part 3c being large in temperature rise caused by the flow of the high temperature gas and the rear edge part 3c, and material being large in the coefficient of thermal expansion, for instance nickel alloy of Mar-M247LC, is used for the middle part 3b being small in temperature rise. Thus uniform thermal expansion can be carried out to keep the sound state of the turbine blade.
