To remove a plurality of packages from a bobbin holder, while preventing damage of an extruding member and the bobbin holder and quality lowering in the packages.
This yarn winder is supported at one end of shaft-like two bobbin holders 5 long in one direction on a turret 4. A plurality of bobbins 9 are installed in the bobbin holders 5. The turret 4 switches a position of the bobbin holders 5 between a winding position P1 and a standby position P2. The yarn winder moves an extruding plate 21 to the opening end from the base end of the bobbin holders 5. Then, the extruding plate 21 contacts with both left-right end parts in an end surface of the bobbins 9 of the package 10 positioned on the most turret 4 side installed in the bobbin holders 5 existing in the standby position P2, and this package 10 is extruded forward, and a plurality of packages 10 are removed. The extruding plate 21 can retreat to a position separated from a moving area of the bobbin holders 5 moving in response to rotation of the turret 4.
